‘나일에서 유프라테스까지’라는 구호 아래 시나이 반도에서부터 시리아와 이라크 접경 지역까지 영토를 확장하자는 것이다. 첫 집권한 1996년부터 서안 지구 합병을 시도한 네타냐후 내각은 가자 전쟁 이후 가자 주민 축출과 가자 재점령을 시도하면서, 레바논 남부 및 시리아 남부 지대를 점령했다. 비밀 전초기지가 구축된 이라크 서부 사막지대는 대이스라엘 구상에서 최서부 지역이다.
